pibiCollab

Corporate productivity suite · Deployed under contract

Your team talks, agrees and signs.
We make sure it is written down.

pibiCollab is the tool an organisation deploys for its members and employees: voice, meetings with signed minutes, calendar, tasks, scripts and an individual scope for every seat. The organisation contracts the service, enrols its users and decides what is shared.

pibiCollab is a corporate tool and is not sold to consumers. The service is contracted under a written agreement with the organisation, which enrols its members and employees by invitation. Neither the website nor the mobile apps create accounts, display amounts, or allow anyone to purchase or extend the service.

The working day · 07:30 → 18:00

A day at an engineering firm
with twelve seats

Drag the rail. Every hour changes who sees what. That is the only thing you need to understand about the product.

What it produces
What crosses over

Drag it, or move with once the rail has focus.

Confidentiality by seat

The organisation keeps
the record it needs.
The rest is never collected.

pibiCollab separates what the organisation needs in order to govern the work from what each user needs in order to do it. That line sits in the database, not in a settings panel, and the organisation offers it to its users as a guarantee.

What the organisation sees What stays in the user's scope

The record of what was agreed

What it takes to run a project, justify a decision or answer an audit.

  • Meeting minutes and their signatures
  • Actions with an owner and a deadline
  • Agenda and attendance
  • Tasks promoted to the ERP

The user's individual scope

What a user needs in order to work, and that no other member of the organisation needs to read.

  • Notes, wiki and cross-links
  • Voice recordings and transcripts
  • Individual board and drafts
  • Queries to the Second Brain

Drag the line. It also works with the arrow keys.

Eight modules, one seat

Everything that used to open in another tab

Every module states up front whether what it holds belongs to the user's scope or to the organisation's record. Each card says who can read what it keeps.

User

Voice

Records and transcribes with Whisper. It summarises the conversation and pulls out the decisions, so nobody has to write up minutes by hand.

Read by: only the user who recorded it

Organisation

Meetings

Agenda, attendees, minutes drafted during the session and a digital signature there and then. External guests join through a signed link.

Read by: the attendees from the organisation

User

Notes

A working wiki with full-text search, an embedded canvas and [[links between notes]]. Sharing takes an explicit decision every time.

Read by: the authoring user, unless shared on purpose

User

Calendar

Syncs with Google, Outlook and CalDAV. Events stay linked to the tasks and notes that caused them.

Read by: the user and their invitees

User

Tasks

An individual board with priorities, labels and subtasks. Whatever the organisation needs to track is promoted to the ERP, and only that.

Read by: the user. Management sees what was promoted

User

Second Brain

An assistant that answers using one user's material only: their notes, their recordings and the meetings they took part in. It does not cross the wall.

Read by: nothing outside the asking user's scope

User

Scripts

A script and slide editor with a teleprompter. Imports DOCX and PDF, exports to PPTX. It works as well for a sales visit as for a board meeting.

Read by: the authoring user, unless shared on purpose

Organisation

Actions

The commitments from the minutes, with an owner and a date. That is how work moves from one user to another inside pibiCollab.

Read by: the assigner and the assignee

The archive that answers

Each user asks,
and only gets back
what is in their scope

The Second Brain retrieves what that user wrote, dictated or witnessed. Not one line more. If the lead engineer asks what was discussed with a client in March, she gets the meetings she attended and the notes she wrote; other users' material is not part of the query.

That boundary is not a policy someone can relax: it is the technical scope of the query, and no setting widens it. For the organisation that solves a concrete problem: it can give an AI assistant to all its users without anyone having to wonder who is reading whose work.

How the data is governed →

Mobile client

Included in the contract.
Not sold separately.

Every contract includes the mobile client, with no in-app purchases. It opens with the corporate identity the organisation's administrators enrolled.

If your organisation has not enrolled you, the app will not take you past the sign-in screen. There is no registration.

Spot · 15 seconds

One working day, in fifteen seconds

The same day as the rail, with no text on top. It has sound: turn it up if you like.

The scenes are generated with artificial intelligence. They are a recreation: no real clients, employees or sites appear.

How it is deployed

From the first call
to the first signed minutes

Request, contract, thirty-day pilot, enrolment by invitation and governance. Three to six weeks, depending on how many systems have to be connected.

How it is contracted →

No step in that sequence is a purchase button. Nobody signs up on their own, from the website or from the phone.

Neither the website nor the mobile apps create accounts, display amounts, or allow anyone to purchase or extend the service.
